Elvis Ngoc-Phu Tang

I am a Cal Poly Pomona graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I first attended Cypress and Fullerton College to finish my general education. While I was in Cypress College, I was part of a program called STEM2. They helped me with networking with other students/professionals and also land my summer research at Cal Poly Pomona in 2019. I then transferred the Fall of 2019 and did my upper division courses at the same university. The senior electives classes I took were cybersecurity, control systems, software engineering, and communication systems. After I graduated in Spring of 2023, I decided to pursue cybersecurity more seriously. I then went on to finish the Google Cybersecurity certificate. I am now studying for my CompTIA Security+ and am going to do some blue-teaming to become a SOC Analyst.
